Clean Station aims to provide exceptional services to its customers. Below are the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Clean Station app.
- Definitions : "You" and "Your" refer to the individual who intends to place an order using the Clean Station app and must be at least 18 years of age. "Clean Station," "We," or "Us" refers to the company with its registered office at: Jeddah: 2823 Al-Rawdah Street, Unit No. 99, Al-Rawdah District, Jeddah 23431 - 7092, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. "Home Page" refers to the app's main page, displaying various sections and the brands we represent. "Sections" refers to the categories and subcategories available on the app. "Account" refers to your personal details and order history, created when you register to place orders through the Clean Station app. Terms of Use

Accessing and Using the App
- It may be necessary for us to perform maintenance on the app from time to time, which may result in brief periods of downtime.
- We cannot guarantee that the app will be free of interruptions or errors, or that defects will be corrected.
- You may use the app to browse services and products, make purchases, and manage your account, but not for any other purposes.
- You must not share your Clean Station app email/username and password with anyone.
- Each user is only permitted to have one account on the app.
- If a user is found to have more than one account, Clean Station reserves the right to suspend the account.
- In cases of fraud or suspicion of fraud, Clean Station reserves the right to suspend the transaction and the account.

App Content
- We may update the app from time to time, and we may change the content at any time. However, please note that we are under no obligation to update any content on the app, and it may become outdated at any time. While we strive to keep the information on the app up to date, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content on the app.
- We do not guarantee that the app or any content on it will be free from errors or omissions.
- All rights to the app and its content are automatically owned by Clean Station, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights in any data on the app or any part of the app provided by us, you, or any third party (e.g., your service list, shopping list, or favorite items). You agree not to use the data, or authorize any third party to use it, without our explicit permission. If the law prevents us from automatically owning any rights to the data, you hereby grant us these rights.
- You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs, and platform to access the app. You should use your software to protect against viruses.

Accessing and Using the App

Service Request and Sale Terms
These terms apply when you place a service request or make a purchase through the
app.
- Becoming a Customer
- To place a laundry service request or cleaning services request, or to purchase goods through the app, you must be at least 18 years old, request delivery to an address within our delivery area, arrange for pick-up within our pick-up area, and have a credit or debit card in your name accepted by us, or agree to pay in cash upon delivery.
- Upon registration, you will create a username and provide your mobile number. A verification code will be sent to your mobile number via SMS, and you must use it each time you log in to place orders or shop with us. You must keep your username and verification code confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. Please keep this information secure, as you will be responsible for all activities and orders placed under your verification code and username. If you believe someone else knows your username or is using your mobile number to access your verification code, please contact us immediately through one of our channels.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in any fraudulent activity or misuse of the service.

Our Contract
- The app invites you to purchase and request our services. After you place a service request or make a purchase on the app, we will send you a notification via the app acknowledging receipt of your order, showing the items you have ordered and their price. You can track your order’s progress. This does not constitute confirmation of the order or our acceptance of it.
- These terms govern the provision of laundry and cleaning services to you by Clean Station. They exclude any other terms, conditions, or representations (other than those implied by law or understood by legislation).

Pricing
- The price of the item(s) you have requested will be the price displayed on the app at the time of your order or order modification. We will notify you of any price discrepancies.
- Errors may occur in the provision of service information or pricing by the Clean Station app. If a service, item, or product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a pricing error or incorrect product details, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to contact you for instructions or to cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
- In addition to the price, you may be required to pay delivery or collection fees as indicated at the time of payment.
- Becoming a Customer
- Support, Complaints, and Inquiries Please contact our customer service team through the customer service channels detailed on the platform. You should notify us as soon as possible if there is an issue with the services or if you have a complaint or inquiry within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will contact you if we need to reach you via phone, email, app notifications, SMS, or prepaid mail, using the contact details you provided to us.

Liability for Loss or Damage to Garments and Fabrics
- Compensation for Damage or Loss In the event that Clean Station causes damage to or loss of garments, linens, or fabrics owned by the customer, the company will compensate the customer based on the value of the damaged item, considering the item's condition and age at the time of the damage. The compensation amount will be determined by an expert assessment. However, Clean Station’s liability shall not exceed six times the basic cost of laundering or ironing the individual item.
- Determining the Value of Compensation The compensation value will be determined based on the following criteria: The condition of the item before it was received The original value of the item as shown on the receipt, or as appraised based on its market value if a receipt is not available The item’s expected lifespan and degree of use The compensation limit of six times the basic laundering or ironing cost of the damaged item
- Limitations of Liability Clean Station is not responsible for damage resulting from the inherent weaknesses of fabrics, natural wear and tear, or color changes due to natural degradation or improper use. Customers must submit a compensation claim within 72 hours of receiving the damaged item. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
- Exclusions Clean Station is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer regarding the nature of the fabric or care instructions. Items that are already damaged or have irreversible stains will be cleaned at the customer’s risk.
- Follow-up Procedures In the event of reported damage or loss, Clean Station will inspect the item and provide a detailed report to the customer, including an assessment and recommendations for compensation.
- Use of Promotional Codes Only one (1) promotional code can be redeemed per user account/household/promotion. Clean Station promotional codes can only be redeemed online and must be submitted at the point of order entry. You must be 18 years of age or older to redeem a promotional code. Promotional codes may require a minimum order value for each service or purchase, in addition to other restrictions or exclusions—details will be provided with the promotional offer. Even if a code is accepted at checkout, all orders are reviewed by the Clean Station customer support team before being processed. If orders are deemed to violate any of these terms and conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly. Promotional codes are free coupons with no cash value. They have an expiration date displayed under the code’s value online.
- Payment The app provides the option to purchase products and pay online. All monetary transactions and payments, including licensing and financial entitlements, must be made in Saudi Riyals. Our payment system includes several payment methods: For online payments: Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only)/Mada cards issued by Saudi banks through the electronic gateway of our banking service provider. If you make a payment online, you will receive an on-screen notification once the payment is accepted. We are not responsible if the payment is rejected or canceled by your credit card/Mada card service provider for any reason. You should verify with your card issuer the reason for rejection. We do not store your credit card information on the app. All information and details you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security purposes. Communications between you and the payment provider are also encrypted. We do not share any payment information made through the app with other companies or individuals unless requested by an official legal authority. This information is processed by our payment processor. You must ensure that your credit card information used for electronic payment is correct and valid and that you use the card legally. Your personal information will not be used or shared by the electronic services with any third party, except to verify the legitimacy of the information and prevent fraud or if requested by law or legal authority. The online payment service will not be responsible for any fraudulent use of credit cards/Mada cards. You will be fully responsible for any misuse of the cards and must prove otherwise. If the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded via the credit card/Mada card used to pay for the order. If the order value is less than the required amount, the remaining balance will be returned as a credit in the app’s wallet. Partial refunds cannot be issued on Mada cards. Using the online payment service on the app implies your consent to these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use this service.
- Apple Pay Apple Pay is an electronic payment service available for iOS systems only, provided by Apple. The service collects your payment card details of various types, enabling you to use your phone as a direct payment tool. Apple Pay can be installed and used on iPhone 6 or later. To start using Apple Pay, you need to use Apple’s Wallet app to store your payment card details. To use it on iPhones, you need either Face ID or Touch ID technology. Supported cards for Apple Pay within Saudi Arabia include Visa, MasterCard, and Mada. If the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded to the payment source. If the order value is less than the required amount, the remaining balance will be returned as a credit in the app’s wallet.
