How do I order a gift?

In the Clean Station app only, from the Gifts section

Can I send a gift anonymously?

Yes, you can choose to hide your name when you order

I don't know the recipient's location, what do I do?

Add their mobile number to the order, and we'll contact them for the location

When will the gift arrive?

On the day and slot you choose in the app, with two-hour slots from 12 noon to midnight

Can I order on WhatsApp?

No, orders are placed in the app only, and WhatsApp is for customer service and enquiries
